Refund policy
At TrendHut, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be returned within 3 day of delivery
- Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories
- Have a valid proof of purchase (order ID or receipt)
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Return Timeframe
You must request a return within 1 days of receiving your order.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5days
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items that are:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrectly delivered
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 1 day of delivery
- Share clear photos/videos of the issue for verification
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Used or damaged items (not due to our fault)
- Personal care items (if applicable)
- Customized or personalized products (if applicable)
7. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost
- For all other returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
8. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this, cancellations may not be possible as the order may already be processed or shipped.
